Alexander Xhoja is a Boston-based pianist, Berklee scholar, CEO, and Artistic Director of Xhoja Music Agency, known for his emotional depth, improvisation, original compositions, and dedication to jazz’s creative spirit.

Caelan Quadra manages the Xhoja Music Agency’s website, communication, and artist relations, ensuring seamless operations and a professional online presence that connects audiences with the agency’s creative vision.

Elton Xhoja, a Berklee-trained educator and performer, leads educational direction at Xhoja Music Agency, crafting clear lesson objectives and inspiring students through creativity, improvisation, and a lifelong love of music.

Barbara LaFitte

Barbara LaFitte is a GRAMMY-nominated oboist and longtime Boston performer. Now based in the Berkshires, she teaches at Berklee College of Music, specializing in oboe, improvisation, and contemporary repertoire.

Jude Seiner is a skilled bassist known for his rich tone and versatility. Rooted in jazz, he performs across genres, bringing depth, groove, and musicality to every stage.

Boston drummer Kai Kitch blends jazz roots with R&B, pop, and funk. A Berklee student, he captivates audiences at major festivals and venues with groove, creativity, and musical sensitivity.

Award-winning Cuban flutist and composer Anabel Gil Díaz performs classical and jazz, records with Grammy-winning artists, and composes for major institutions, festivals, and orchestras across the U.S. and Europe.
